What Causes Running Nose With Severe Thirst And Temperature?

I'm feeling sick however everytime I take my temperature its reading 96.5-97.3. My tongue also hurts, I feel thirsty and no matter what I drink it feels like I haven't drunk anything, I'm coughing, and my nose is runny/congested, and I'm also really pale (my lips are whitish purple in color), tired, and feeling like I'm burning up despite my under normal temperature. Is this a normal cold?
