What Causes Runny Nose And Coughing In Early Morning?

Hi! I think this is a bit odd. I am woken in the morning for work at 530 and for the first hour it feels as if I have a nasty cold. My nose runs and I m coughing and all sorts. The strange thing is at weekends when I wake up naturally I don t suffer the same symptoms! Am I allergic to mornings?!
