What Causes Runny Nose And Feeling Of Something Stuck In Throat?

Im in a musical production and where we have rehearsal is the same area where they are building the set (cutting wood painting) i think i may have inhaled sawdust because i cough a lot during rehearsal and for the past 2 days there feels like something is stuck in the back of my throat. Im also have a bit of a running nose and draining in my throat. What should i do?
