What Causes Runny Nose, Congested Cough And Diarrhea?

Hi, my daughter will be two on may 2nd. She has been experiencing a runny nose, a really congested cough, and for a few days had some really bad diarrhea. The diarrhea has stopped. But the cough and the runny nose which is green colored is worrisome. Any suggestions?
