What Causes Runny Nose With Greenish Mucus After Recovering From Flu?

I had the flu for 2 weeks. Since then I have had an extremely runny nose. When I blow my nose , which is every couple of minutes, it is very large amounts of mucas in a greenish colour. This has been happening for 8 weeks. What could be causing this and what can I do to stop it?
