What Causes S White Stain At The Back?

I noticed a unusual white stain or substance on the back inside black shirt of my girlfriends after she came home the next day. I know for sure we didnt have sex a couple days before that or after and it looks like a cum stain and kinda smells like urine but i want to be sure.
