What Causes Sagging Of Skin Around The Lower Abdomen?

I am 52, in good shape, I exercise, and I am in good health. I noticed lately that when I go to lie on my stomach, the skin area around my lower stomach/groin sags. I do not have pain or change in appearance when standing. Is this a nortmal part of aging?
