What Causes Scabs In The Nostril And Lip Crease?

I have a scab on the inside wall of my left nasal cavity as well as a scab on the left side crease of my lips I am wondering what that could be caused from? the right side of my nose is draining and running I am not experiencing any other cold symptoms. and yesterday the top of my left side of my gum has now become raw and tender and when pushed you can feel a fluid pocket burst and a nasty taste develops in my mouth.
