What Causes Scabs On Nose Along With Persistent Cough And Cold?

Hi. I ve had scabs up my nose for a year ( the kind you think you just need to pick at it then it s normally goes away- but picking has been making it worse) Also I ve had so many coughs and colds too one after the other for about a year now too. I had some blood test last week and waiting to hear from them. But today I ve been feeling really sick and swallowing what feels like think gunk at the back of my throat and I ve been off my food (not like me at all!!) I had some food just incase it was hunger and I ve just brought it back up again. Could you tell me what could be the matter please and also what the blood test are looking for as they didn t tell me much at the doctors even tho I asked questions Thank you
