What Causes Scalded Skin Syndrome On Hands?

hi. my hand looks likes it was scalded but i dont remember scalding....its been like this for a week now and hasnt gotten any better or worse...i have als but i dont think its related to this..what do u think it is????? thanks....oh sorry i have contact dermatitis so i know what this looks like and its not that...thanks again
