What Causes Scalp Itching After Spicy Food Or Exposure To Sunlight?

hi i am Digvijaysinh from India and i have problem of hair fall, in my family no body has this problem - when i wear cap, running in sunlight, eating spicy or hot food then instantly itching started from head scalp to chest ... when i riding a bike then all my hair stands up and if i touches it it is too panic for me. please give me a solution.
