What Causes Scalp Sores With Pus And Discharge?

Not many doctors have figured this out. I have these weird sores on my scalp, but they're more like zits... but when I pop them, 1 of 3 things comes out: a clear liquid, a white solid material, or pus. They're white so they blend in with my scalp skin... what is this?
