What Causes Scanty Menstrual Bleeding?

hello docrtor, am Ramya from singapore, am 35 yrs old, this february 9th 2011 got married and shifted to singapore from india, January 31 i got my period before my marriage, in february 26th i got my periods and it was not heavy bleeding like normal i had before and it continued for 11 days with light bleeding only, now after 6 days february 14 again i got my period as the same like light bleeding and today is my 4th day, am so confused and depressed with this problem, can i get a suggesstion from your part please.
