What Causes Scars All Over The Body?

Hey, i have this weird skin problem, i went to many doctors but none of them seemed to help. I have spots all over my body, but its not red-like spots, well they were originally red spots a couple of years ago, but now the they've seemed to turn into black scars, and for some reason, they seem to increase and never fade away. Is there anything i can do at this point?
