What Causes Sciatica Pain In My Legs?

Im in very hard times financially so my situation is bleek. I just learned that I can send in my persciption to the manufacturer/ pharmaceutical co. and pay next to nothing for my much needed chronic pain meds. the issue is that I must send the hard copy
of the perscription in to the phamaceutical company first so this is very difficult to do. I qualify for this due to my unemployed/disabled, uninsured state. I have my regular doctor that I see but he says he would do it but then I will be without my meds for months or sodue to it taking the pharmaceutical company to proceed with processing my request for low income elegibility, etc. and send my medication out to me. I am hoping you could help get the perscription out to them.I am having tough times not only with my chronic lower and mid back pain sciatica shooting to my legs I was hit while crossing the street and completely seperated my shoulder with a rotator cuff tare. I would be forever in debt to you all and hope you can help me some way
