What Causes Scrotum Pain While Masturbating?

i have an habit of masturbration from my early age of 14. now i am 21 years old.. once i have masturbrated 3 times a day.. my mom passed away when i was 4 years old.. so i spent my teenage alone at home.. so i had a free access to view porn move and masturbrated at my home.. now i maturbrate once in a week but suffer a pain in my scotrum house.. i dad have lot of dream on me.. he is living for me.. if i become impotent he may commit suicide dont know what to do.. i am afraid to consult a sexologist and i never tell this problem to my dad..
