What Causes Secretion From Breasts?

Dr. few days back I Had typhoid, after medication its gone but new problem has come i am having breast milk, i am not pregnent, this time mans i got on 13th of march. here i wanted to mention i am married, oral pills i take to avoid pregnancy. but this month we are avoiding having sex or useing condom instead of pills. because this month i had lots of medicine. i wanted know why this is happening to me (breastmilk)
