What Causes Seeing Flash Of Light And Pressure In Head?

I m seeing strobe lights. My head feels like it s going to explode . Went to the er and was there over four hours and still haven t seen a doctor and I keep telling them my head is getting worse . I still didn t get any response so I left. I need help I m getting scared.
