What Causes Seizure Attacks When Overcome With Emotions?

I have been having seizures since I was 18(I m 32 now). I have had EEGs and MRIs and my neurologist says that my seizures are not epileptic seizures. They happen when I talk about my ex husband & when I feel emotional. I usually have déjà vu b4 they happen. Since my neurologist hasn t been able 2 help what kind of dr should I see?
