What Causes Seizures And Insomnia While On Trazadone?

i was on trazadone 300 mg tablets for sleep for over 3 years. i accidentally took the dose twise in a 24 hour period of time and experience insomnia for about 3 days. once i figured out that s what had caused it, it scared me so i stopped taking it all together. i started having trouble standing or sitting straight up. i would feel as though i was going to pass out so i had to lay prone for several days. i had never been on anything that would cause withdrawels before and never even thought that s what it could be. then i started having severe sezures but was still able to speak and knew what was going on around me. i was back and forth to the hospital 3 or 4 times and they couldn t figure out what it was. they even know i had stopped taking trazadone at that time. the drs decide to place me in a mental facility where i went through even more severe sezures along with complete paralasis but still able to hear and understand what was happening to me. i have never been so afraid in my life unable to make anyone understand what i was going through inside myself all alone. i have been reading what little i can find on this medications withdrawel symptoms and was wanting to know if you have heard of this happening to anyone else.
