What Causes Seizures In Neck And Slurry Speech?

Hi can you please tell me Wat is wrong with my best friend she is having seizures her neck is completely down and she can t lift it at all.. when she is having the fit then she holds the back of her head her hands go numb and she gets pins and needles. Her mouth drops to one side and speech goes slurry.. Please help as I don t know how to help her anymore and her doctors are doing nothing
