What Causes Semen Discharge Along With Urine?

Hi sir, iam 26 now, today when I went to pass stool I recognised some sperm ejaculated from urine, bit confused what it is? Is it common, shall I consult a doctor what could be the problem, it's Ben a week I dint masterbate, is it excess sperm coming out? Bit confused please help me with this
