What Causes Semen Leakage And Burning Sensation During Urination?

Dear Doctor

I'm Manoj from Bangalore and my age is 33.

Sir for the past 10-15 days i'm suffering from

a kind of burnng sensation in my penis while

urinating and the semen leaking during the

day time too without getting any exitement.

In the starting i thought that it was due to

the heat and the input of excess eggs and non-veg.

Now i'm getting doubt about this problem

as my friends are suggesting me to go to

Andrologist. Sir here i need your help

to find the reason of this problem and to

whom i can go for consultant? Sir please

tell me the reason causes for this kind of problems.
