What Causes Semen To Be Of Pink Tinge?

Hello, I found my semen to have a pink tinge to it I have never had this before but had eaten some beetroot today, beetroot is not something I eat much and was wondering if this could have caused it, I do not really seem to be in any pain, but obviously concerned, can you advise thanks
