What Causes Semen To Fail To Liquefy For Semen Analysis?

Good Day to you Dr. Chandan Choudhary!I'm a 26 year old man from Manila, Philippines and my wife and I are trying to conceive for almost a year now.I have consulted a Urologist here in our country and suggested that I take a semenanalysis to see my sperm count. Unfortunately, i have done 3 said test already in the past 2 months with a 3 to 5 day abstinence prior to each test but all test returns inconclusive. My semen has failed to liquefy in all three tests thus the laboratory wasn't able to perform a sperm count on my semen. All other parameters of the test seemed normal.Volume: 6.0 ml Viscosity: Increased Motility (00 hrs): 80% Motility (30 min): 80% Motility (1 hr): 75% Morphology: 95 % normal, 5 % (abnormal: 2% head only, 2% tail only, 1% double tail).My doctor also advised me to take a scrotum ultrasound to check for any vaircole but the results returned negative.I hope you could advise me of my condition doctor and what to do so that my wife and i could conceive.
