What Causes Semi Solid Dark Green Stool In Child?

6 months baby is passing semi solid dark green stool.Sometimes watery mucus stool 3 to 4times in day from past few days and sometimes passes a very hard n dry stool with lot of pain.I have introduced dal rice cereal n ragi khir after completing 6 mnths.plz suggest the diet
