What Causes Sensation Of Constant Stale Smell In Nose?

hi, i have a constant (pretty much), smell in my right nostril. It s hard to describe but i think a stale smell is a good description. I can taste it as well. In fact, i m not sure if it s a taste or a smell but i m sure it s in my nose... just the right nostril. Can t taste or smell it if i breath deeply through my left one. My right nostril feels kind of blocked, too. Any ideas? Thanks
