What Causes Sensation Of Hair Being Pulled From Scrotum?

Lately I have had the sensation of hair being pulled from my scrotum. Like when you pluck out one hair, a sharp but not severe pain. This is happening on different areas of the scrotum. The pain may last for a few hours or sometimes only a few minutes.
