What Causes Sensation Of Smelling Rubber?

Yes, I seem to be smelling something like rubber or smoke. It's happening throughout the day. At work or at home or in the car. Also, at night my nose seems stopped up or dry and I use spray. But what could this be. Is it Sinusitis?
