What Causes Sense Of Obstruction And Pain In Urethra Post Delivery?

Hi. I just had a baby in september. I haven t done anything out of the ordinary at all. I do have utis very consistently. a couple weeks ago almost a month actually I felt one coming on but it never progressed like it usually does so it was tolerable so I didn t go to the doctor. Now I haven t gotten my period since January 3 months with no period. I m not pregnant took a test and all of a sudden I woke up this morning went to the bathroom and it hurt really bad. Like something is stuck in my urethra specifically. Not the same feeling as my usual utis. I m terrified to pee I know that if I could just push whatever is stuck out I d feel so much better but I can t. What could this be? And do u think it caused my period to stop?
