What Causes Sense Of Obstruction In My Throat After Treatment For Infection?

HI My name is saleem and I am a process engineer. I want to discuss you about my throat. I had throat infection and my doctor treated it with Lefloxicin 500 mg. my throat is recovered but now I feel than somthing is sticking lo my lower throat. I have no problem in swallowing food or in breathing but I feel somthing is in my lower throat. Now doctor advise me to take calithromycine , opmeprazol and loratadine. but problem is still there after taking medicine for 3 days. I feel somthing is in my throat please help me out
