What Causes Sense Of Obstruction In Throat Post Frequent Vomiting During Pregnancy?

I am 10 weeks pregnant and like usual I became throwing up. But today I vomited over 3 times and now I feel like there s something stuck in my throat. My throat hurts when I drink water or any other liquid especially when I want to just eat something for it to pass. Is it normal to feel something in my throat after I vomit or should I be worry?
