What Causes Sense Of Pressure And Congestion In My Nose?

when I lie down I feel pressure building up around the bridge of my nose. I wake with a pain at top of right side of nose and a headache. The right nostril feels blocked. when I breathe in and out through nose I can hear crackling sounds but not sure if this is from nose or throat. I had sinus surgery in Oct 2012 and symptoms disappeared for 3 months. I have been back to ENT and had a second CT scan and my surgeon is satisfied that the sinuses are not blocked. The feeling of pressure and congestion do disappear when I am up right but the pain does not. I take Flixonase and use Sterimar everyday
