What Causes Sensitive Clitoris?

Hi, for a week now my clitoris has been very sensitive to the touch and i dont know what to do with it. I also been feeling light headed for no reason. I am worried i could be pregnant but that is all i been feeling out of the ordinary. I don't know what to think of it
