What Causes Sensitive Nipples And Frequent Urge To Urinate?

I have very sensitive nipples, feeling of a full bladder and urge to pee all the time(especially at night when I lie down on my back), and some clear thick vag. discharge...I have a history of kidney stones- but someone asked if I was pregnant....what could the causes possibly be? thanks
