What Causes Sensitivity Around The Ribs And Mid Abdomen?

I was squatting a month ago and felt some pain almost like hernia, that went away and now i am extremely sensitive and feel like tissue is torn around my ribs and middle stomach I really cant function normally, as it feels like it will tear, I also have small purple veins showing right under chest on both sides, doesnt seem to be healing
