What Causes Sever Headache And Inability To Speak?

Sir,

my fren is suffering from contineous headache since 4 days..he is nt eating anything..today he has been shifted to ICU..he is nt speaking more than 2-3 words..he contineously stares smhing or the other thing..plz help me out of this...what do you think after listening to these symptoms??
