What Causes Sever Pain While Standing And Folding Legs?

I was hit by a car hardly on right thigh while crossing road. Though I am able to walk with certain difficulty, but getting typical pain in certain positions like when folding the legs and standing from sitting position. Kindly tell me the reasons.
