What Causes Several Severe Gallbladder Attacks And Vomiting?

54 year old female. Several severe gallbladder attacks, vomiting, etc. then accompanied by dark bright orange urine 2-3 days after attacks. Eventually underwent lap chole in November. Following surgery, subseqently developed microscopic hematuria discovered during routine physical approximately 1 month postop. CT urogram normal. Now sheduled for cystoscopy. Concerned about possible bladder CA, but wondering if there might be some tie-in between the gallbladder problems and microscopic hematuria.
