What Causes Severe Abdomen Pain And Nausea On Taking Lemsip For Cold And Flu?

I'm a 39 yr old male, 6ft 2". I have been taking Lemsip Cold and Flu Capsules to relieve cold symptoms but since taking I have been experiencing severe stomach pains and nausea. It can last for a few hours severely then subsides, and then comes back again.
