What Causes Severe Abdomen Pain With Scrapping On The Back?

My daughter was in a serious car accident in Italy 4 days ago...she was taken to a hosp. there where they cleaned her surface wounds but took no vitals, did not look into her eyes...this accident was Bad..they rolled and skid over the lengh of a football field..she is scared to go for a follow up because of the poor care she received but knows she needs to be checked over...she is now experiencing bad stomach pains in the morning but does not know if this is related ....she has friction burns on her back from the car scrapping and heat up..her back was against the roof...and has nasty seatbelt bruising...I need to find her a doctor who can speak english...near Syracusae Italy...but don't know how to do that...my fight lands in Italy on Wednesday..can you give me some advice??
