What Causes Severe Abdominal And Back Pain With History Of UTI?

Last Friday I started having abdominal pain and back pain I thought I had a UTI coming on because last year I had a real bad UTI and sypses set in my blood stream and I was hospitalized very sick they told me from now on first signs of anything like this be seen I seen my urologist and my bood should no signs of infection yesterday I was seen by my family Dr. she ordered a CT of abdominal and pelvic came p neg. went and had labs done today but know results went to work today had to leave early hurt so bad something has to be wrong what do I do YYYY@YYYY
