What Causes Severe Abdominal And Back Pain With Throwing Up?

I was in the er last night with SEVERE abdominal pain and back pain. Since then it hasn t gotten at all better. I threw up last night and I still have severe pain in my back, abd men, and right leg. The pain is sort of all over now but mainly my right half, upper and lower. What should I do? Go back in?
