What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Diarrhoea?

I had four wisDom teeth out 6 days ago all is fine with that but for 5 days now I have had extremely bad tummy cramps and diarrhea so bad I can t leave the house, I use the toilet 10-15 times a day, the last couple days I started eating more solid food and that seems to make diarrhea and cramps worse, I stopped taking ibruprufen as soon an diarrhea started 5 days ago but still no better?
