What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Pain?

I have had a cough for a month, had the flu last week, got post nasal drip constantly. My lower abdomen and intestines hurt now. When I have to go, and things pass through my intestines, it s wore pain than my uterus trying to contract while welded to abdominal wall after healing from emergency c- section. Is this normal?
