What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Along With Vaginal Bleeding Post Hysterectomy?

I am 11 days post hysterectomy. Until yesterday I have had no damage or bleeding. I did two nights ago have horrible stomach cramps and all night diarrhea. Now I have had vaginal discharge that started with old blood and now it is getting to be more often and brighter pink. Up right or rest a and only when I am on the toilet. Nothing on pads yet. But I believe because I am trying to rest. When should I have concern over worry?
