What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps During Urination?

I have a bump that hurts when I wipe its small and pink. Also before I got the bump I have had abdominal pain very bad to the point when I go to pee I have to force it out or I wouldnt pee because it hurts only have abdominal pain when I go pee sometimes it will hurt like I have cramps through the day I don t get my period till April 8th.
