What Causes Severe Abdominal Cramps Post Removal Of Ovarian Cyst?

i was 19 and diagnosed w endometriosis im 31 with 5 kids now .younger i had the wost painful periods but they stopped 6 years ago ...why.i also recently took a blood test for pancreatic cancer 3 years ago it was positive but it turned out i only had cyst on my uteris it was taken out i still have the worst cramps but no period whats goin on is this bad
