What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain After A Miscarriage?

had a miscarriage 4 days ago at 11 weeks.am now feeling severe pains across top of womb when i cough or push and shooting pains in my right ovary. is this normal or do i have a problem? do you think it could have been ectopic and may have damage to my tubes?
