What Causes Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Dizziness?

I need to know whats wrong with me!! Not frequently but once a month or sometimes more I get dibilitating abdominal pain then I get really hot dizzy and my hands shake like crazy. Soon after I have I very loose bowel movement and I then I feel ok. Last night at work I had one of these attacks but it hasn't gone away I still feel terrible please help!!
